Elniey is designed around the shape of a real Portuguese portfolio — a mix of licensed short-stay flats in Lisbon, restored village houses in the Alentejo, and coastal villas from Cascais down to Vila Real de Santo António. The platform speaks the local vocabulary: alojamento local, RNAL registration, SEF Boletim de Alojamento, fatura recibo, IMI, IUC.
We were founded in 2016 by three former operators who ran a hundred-and-forty-key portfolio through Airbnb, Booking and Rentalia — before there was a single tool that could hold all three at once. Everything here started as a fix for something that had gone wrong at a check-in in August.

Compliance
Portuguese law, Portuguese-shaped.
Every reservation raises a certified fatura recibo, every guest over sixteen is declared to the SEF within the statutory three-day window, and every property record carries its RNAL number and licence renewal date. When Turismo de Portugal updates a rule — and they do — the platform absorbs it before the deadline, not after.
Our compliance module is not an add-on. It is the reason a Elniey operator has not been fined by Turismo de Portugal since we started keeping records in 2018.
