Channel Manager
One inventory, seventy-plus channels. Real-time rate parity across Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia and Hotels.com — plus every regional OTA that matters in Iberia.
The channel manager is the arterial system of a modern rental portfolio. Elniey maintains a single source of truth for every unit and pushes rate and availability changes to seventy-plus OTAs in real time — typical fanout under three hundred milliseconds. When two channels attempt to reserve the last remaining night, our locking layer arbitrates on the millisecond a booking commits, not on the minute a batch runs.
Two-way inventory sync — actually two-way
Every channel we support is fully bidirectional: bookings, modifications, cancellations and refund events flow back into the central calendar without operator intervention. Where a channel API is deficient, we run a fallback iCal reconciliation every ninety seconds so the operator never sees a phantom night.
Rate parity, monitored not assumed
Our parity monitor compares the price your ledger says you should be showing against what the OTAs actually display, hourly. When a drift exceeds €1.50 for two consecutive intervals, the operator receives an in-app notification with the offending channel and the proposed correction — one click to publish.
Iberian OTA coverage that reflects local reality
Beyond the global players, Elniey ships turn-key integrations with Rentalia, HomeToGo Iberia, Escapio, VeranoAlquiler and Casas Rurales — the platforms that actually convert for Algarve villas and Lisbon apartments during shoulder season.
